Other protection proto: Internment (needs power=3): During an Emergency session, a non-Senator, or a Senator not in the roll call, may be placed in Internment by the Agoran Consent of Senators in the roll call.
Internment ends with the end of the Emergency Session. No Senator in the roll call is ever in Internment, and no player is ever in internment outside of an Emergency Session. Being in internment is protected. When a Player is in Internment, e is not an eligible voter on any Agoran Decision, including those that were in their voting period when the player was placed in internment, rules to the contrary notwithstanding.
