Well, does that allow the buying of 1 vote or 3? That isn't at all clear
from that. A conditional vote that changes number according to the
condition isn't allowed by the rules, I think, although "I vote
AGAINSTx3 if Goethe publically states e is wearing a hat during the
voting period or FORx2 otherwise" is an unambiguous enough abbreviation
for 3 conditional votes, two AGAINST/FOR and one AGAINST/NONE, that I
think it would probably work due to Definition Definitions.
