I'm not really liking Text_Diff, which is what's used now for the diffs. It seems to get confused quite easily... something like MediaWiki's would probably be better. > * Many repeals are missing. So, while there is now a Rule called 105, it is a different Rule than a previous one which had only the ID number 105. I think my best option is to show these technically-different-Rules on the same page, which needs to be handled properly.
