More notes:
* The list of amendments is partly cut off if your window isn't
wide enough.
* Many repeals are missing. These could be displayed as "Repealed
approx. <date of the first ruleset omitting the rule>".
* Rule 105 is a special case (it was repealed, then another rule
had its number set to 105).
