This is true. I'm currently thinking about how I want to work
encounters. The idea I'm currently considering is using a random number
and a lookup table to determine what happens. However, cards could be
used for this (along the lines of Talisman or Munchkin).

Since there seems to be some interest in this and I think it makes sense
to start getting input on what I have, I'll format the proto-contract
I've been working on and send it out to the discussion list.
