Item 2 is there so I can fix bugs without having to repeal and
reinstate the pledge.

This effectively negates the whole point of a pledge. I would rather it
said something like "with 3 support" or "with Agoran Consent"
or "without 2 objections". Also (again, for security) it should
say "anyone can" rather than "OscarMeyr may" -- we don't want you
leaving in (or deliberately planting) bugs in the pledge that you can
abuse to do whatever you want.

How about this:

2. OscarMeyr may modify this pledge without 2 objections. Any player may modify this pledge with Agoran Consent.

I also need to insert a paragraph:

3. OscarMeyr may leave this pledge at any time if e is not Grand Poobah.
(renumber the following paragraphs accordingly.
