Your argument that the PNP is its own executor wouldn't work even if you removed "first-class" from the definition. The PNP that Agora recognizes is a contract. A document. It can't do anything. The abstract entity that is doing those actions is the Perl Nomic game. Or maybe the individual Perl program in question. -woggle
