This is a public contract, and a contest.
Pods are a currency, and can only be created and destroyed per this
contest's rules.
Psyducks are a currency, and can only be created and destroyed per
this contest's rules.
Rules can contain anywhere from 0 to P^2 pods, to be determined
randomly when the rule is podded.
A rule can only be podded once.
Pod Person is an office, and the recordkeepor of pods and psyducks,
and eir weekly report includes which rules have been podded.
Parties to this contract may, with P party support, pod a rule with
power P. Upon doing so, the Pod Person SHALL, as soon as possible,
determine the number of pods the rule contained, and distribute them
to the podder and to supporters, in order from the podder or supporter
with the most psyducks to the podder or supporter with the least
psyducks. In the event that 2 or more of the podder or supporters have
equal amounts of psyducks, the podder or supporters who supported
sooner gets the pods first. If the rule has no pods, the Pod Person
shall, as soon as possible, state "I guess the thing you podded
doesn't have any pod. :psyduck:" and award the podder and each
supporter with one psyduck.
This contract may be amended with consent from a majority of parties.
Any player may join this contract at any time by announcement.
Any party to this contract may leave at any time by annoucement.
