I think it's not a coherent sentence, because of the interspersed advertising text. Therefore ineffective. The only coherent parts of the message are the large number of CFJs on "This is Agora." and the disclaimer in the last line. I think the disclaimer, btw, nullifies any attempts at action by announcement in the message. -zefram
