Actually, some contract mod version of CFJ 1915 for anyone under 50 might
be good in place of a 60-day limit (minimum sell offer per week; sell
offers must be good-faith so no pricing yourself out; other players 
SHOULD suggest or offer reasonable tickets).  Since CFJ1915 is a 
precedent for a reasonable solution, might as well codify it in the 
contract.
