If R2149 and all the other ways to breach the rules by action don't "abridge, reduce, limit, or remove" the R101(vi) right of participation in the fora, then surely a contest with voluntary participation wouldn't do so either. Am I alone in thinking that "abridge, reduce, limit, or remove" needs a rather more solid definition?
