There are multiple levels of double jeopardy:

                      Different rules  Same rule

         Tried twice         1             2
  Found GUILTY twice         3             4
     Sentenced twice         5             6

Rule 101 blocks #5 and #6.  Rule 1504 blocks #4 (via ALREADY TRIED
being appropriate, and thus GUILTY being inappropriate).

Blocking #1 would be troublesome, as a player could pre-emptively
initiate a case for the wrong rule.

This leaves #2, #3, and #4 in question.  What constitutes punishment,
for the purpose of the Rule 101 right?
