I suggest more distinctive names for these.  The rules already define
a player switch called Activity.  Also, how and under what
circumstances may the referee flip these switches?

Do they become Fighting in Status, Activity, or both?

Are these things all done consecutively (with the effect that if the
winner initially trails the loser by exactly 3 FAPs, e gains a total
of 5), or is the intent that only one of these be performed?

Overall: how is the secret rule determined?  Does it ever change?
