You can't. You have to pass sentence separately for each CFJ, and all time-based sentences are served simultaneously. You can't do that either. The tariff has to be an actual duration, it can't be variable. Jurisprudentially, you're using chokey in completely the wrong way here. It's meant to be a punishment for a criminal offence. You're trying to use it for coercion, which is an option open to judges in some countries for civil matters demanding specific performance. We have no such provision in our judicial system, and trying to bend it in that direction won't work. -zefram
