The rule in question says "a specified time in the future". Another part of that rule explicitly equates "I perform X <positive integer> times" as equivalent to that many instances of "I perform X", so "I perform X at each of <finite set of times>" would probably fly on similar grounds. Mind you, this is the same nomic with an unpaid officer whose duties consist, IIRC, of announcing "CREAMPUFF" from time to time.
