Yah, honestly, I tried to muddy the waters with "instead of" conditional if. But when it comes right down to it (as I analyzed before doing this), given the truth table for A and B, where A=1 => vote FOR A B=1 => vote FOR B, you want an Spot where neither OKAY or NO WAY has a 1 in the A=0, B=0 (don't vote for either) state. Since the negation of any truth table has a 1 wherever there's a 0, I think that's impossible for a single Spot (I tried misdirection into a third proposal, etc). The only thing I can think of is something where A=0, B=0 is forbidden by some other agency or Spot not affected by the OKAY or NO WAY call. Maybe a progressive degree of subtle spots could lead up to this, I guess that's the point of the game. -Goethe
