So I'm trying to figure out my strategy here, but I don't see how I can make any progress. A digit ranch from the start of the month will produce about 4 digits before it's up for destruction. Assuming that I manage to produce 4 usable digits per land (which may be difficult given the apparent necessity of milling), I have the following options: 1) Harvest the ID number of a proposal for 1 or 2 points. But that's one less Water Rights Voucher, so I'm going to lose a land, which cost me 3 points in the first place. 2) Harvest the ID number of a CFJ for a Water Rights Voucher. This I'm using the entire output of a land just to preserve it. 3) Harvest the ID number of a new rule to gain a land. But that's one less Water Rights Voucher, so I'm going to lose a land in exchange. If I foolishly do this at the end of the month instead of the beginning, I'm going to lose the land I just gained as well. 4) Harvest the ID number of a repealed rule to destroy a land belonging to somebody else. But that's one less Water Rights Voucher, so I'm going to lose a land as well. 5) Harvest the number 1234567890 to steal a land belonging to somebody else. This costs 10 crops, so it's even less efficient than harvesting the ID numbers of a new rule and a repealed rule for a similar combined effect. Obviously a lot of trading is needed to make this work. Even then, proposals seem to be the only thing worth harvesting, but nobody currently has the all-important 5 Ranch, and it's not worthwhile to buy extra lands without subsidy. Any ideas? -root
