I'd prefer to keep that paragraph as is; it should apply to all
non-persons regardless of what else they might be. If the redundancy
of having both mechanisms is bothersome, I suggest removing the "with
support" one. 1 supporter is easy enough to get, and I don't see the
need in this case.
