Proto-semi-judgment

Assets are described in the rules as physical, countable, tangible things.

When we've had past rules about such objects, we had a strong custom and
precedent (e.g. CFJ 1364, I may look for others later) of disallowing
mathematical abstractions on such objects if such abstractions were not
meaningful for the (virtual) real things. To that end, doing something with
"-1" of an asset has no meaning in game terms, and is unsuccessful.

Note that, if some action is written that way as a "term of art" and
can be trivially translated to a permissible action (e.g. "decrease by
-1" turned to "increase by 1" in cases where "increase by 1" is
specifically and uncontestedly allowed) it might be permitted at the
discretion of the recordkeepor.

Precedent is mixed on whether "spend 0 VCs" is an action (see CFJ 1444 vs.
CFJ 1456). I also remember a stronger precedent with regard to fees that
supports the caller's arguments, but I also haven't found it on a cursory
look, may look deeper later. At this point, I do not rely on that aspect
of the caller's argument to come to a decision of FALSE.
