I note that "support" may reasonably be considered, in this case, a synonym for consent (note that I treated it as such). Therefore, the class of eligible voters, the matter to be decided, and the identity of the vote collector were all known. So, this case (to me) seems to hinge around whether or not "Agoran Support" could be considered a non-ambiguous synonym for "Agoran Consent" via rule 754.
