Logic error.

In fact, this is not necessary at all. Since AFFIRM reassigns the judgement, only the first clause is needed.

This could do with a bit of clarification:

      A judicial finding is a judgement of a question on veracity
      that is not appealed within the time limit for doing so
      after its assignment.
