I proposed an overreaction for fun.  Feel free to propose a less-reactive
version (same crime, punishment decided by judge rather than deregistration).

It might be worth it to write a quick and dirty defensive proposal
to get it distributed quickly.  It's probably an overreaction but we
can always vote it down.
