Ah, I was tricked by the rule history. It was repealed in August 2006 by proposal 4867, which actually just moved it into Rule 2024 (Linked Statements). It was then moved back into a separate rule (2132) by proposal 4912 in March, whence it was finally repealed as part of Zefram's major reform. -root
