I did that in CFJ 1617 (FWIW, on Tue, 10 Apr 2007 22:21:07 -0700). Unless the clock starts on first assignment (1617 was reassigned twice before I got it). Thought I saw former CotC Murphy do that a few times during eir tenure, so it wasn't unusual, or am I misremembering too? -Goethe
