The following is a proto-agreement.

Suber (Mass=10^6): primary star of the Agoran system

The name of this contract is the Celestial Manifest. It is a
list of all the celestial bodies of the Agoran system that are
known to the Agoran Astronomical Society. If Suber is ever
removed from the Celestial Manifest, this contract shall
      terminate immediately.

Michael (Mass=?): primary planet of Suber
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: ? MAn: ?

The members of this contract are collectively known as the
Agoran Astronomical Society. At any given time, exactly one
member of the Society is its Benevolent Dictator for Life
(BDFL). The BDFL CAN transfer eir position to another member
      with eir consent.

Steve (Mass=?): co-primary moon of Michael
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: 0 MAn: ?

A person CAN join the Agoran Astronomical Society by
      announcement.

Kelly (Mass=?): co-primary moon of Michael
(co-orbital with and opposite to Steve)

A member other than the BDFL CAN leave the Agoran Astronomical
      Society by announcement.

Maud (Mass=?): secondary moon of Michael
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: ? MAn: ?

Each epoch, the BDFL SHALL report the Celestial Manifest to all
members of the Agoran Astronomical Society. If the Celestial
Manifest is a contest, the BDFL is its contestmaster. The BDFL
CAN amend the Celestial Manifest without member objection.

Chuck (Mass=?): secondary planet of Suber
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: ? MAn: ?

Each celestial body has a name, a mass, and associated
regulatory text. In addition, each celestial body other than
Suber has a set of parent bodies and the following orbital
elements relative to the barycenter of itself and its parents:

      1) Inclination (Inc)
      2) Longitude of the Ascending Node (LAN)
      3) Argument of Periapsis (AgP)
      4) Semi-Major Axis (SMa)
      5) Eccentricity (Ecc)
      6) Mean Anomaly (MAn)

Goethe (Mass=?): primary moon of Chuck
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: ? MAn: ?

An epoch is an Agoran week. Whenever the orbital elements of a
celestial body are described, the values used shall be the
values at the current epoch, unless indicated otherwise.

Blob (Mass=?): secondary moon of Chuck
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: ? MAn: ?

A member of the Agoran Astronomical Society may announce to the
Society the observation of a new celestial body in the Agoran
system, including in the announcement all required properties of
the celestial body. If a majority of Society members announce
confirmation of the sighting within one week, the new celestial
body shall be added to the Celestial Manifest.

Sherlock (Mass=?): tertiary moon of Chuck
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: ? MAn: ?

Each known celestial body constantly exerts upon each other
known celestial body a gravitational force equal to the product
of the masses of the two bodies divided by the square of the
distance separating their centers of mass.

Andre (Mass=?): quaternary moon of Chuck
      Inc: ? LAN: ? AgP: ? SMa: ? Ecc: ? MAn: ?

A jiffy is the time taken for an object moving at the unit
velocity to travel the unit distance. One week is equal to
      (pi / 500) jiffies.
