I don't think it's impossible, but it's difficult for it to exist if not explicitly allowed by the rules. What I think is impossible (with the current rules) is to apply it for the purposes of some rules but not for others, which is what I interpreted Pavitra as suggesting. Of course, high-power rules could explicitly cause such contradictory interpretations of messages, so it's not totally impossible. -zefram
