Thanks for the reference. I was generally against the MMI stuff. I'd
prefer to rely on English definitions and word such that they are clear
with those. Of course that's not always possible or easy though.
To me the CAN x ONLY IF y definition doesn't seem to fit in the MMI rule
however. The other definitions are of simpler words or phrases.
