I assumed my interpretation was the intention. Why should
(theoretically, not in terms of current rules) every member be
responsible for everything? From organizing who does what within the
Partnership that could cause confusion. Provided that for a given
obligation Agora has a (natural) person to turn to I don't see a
problem.
