I was wondering when someone would notice this.  However, if HP2 did
not become Speaker, Murphy is still Speaker.  Lucky fact.  The CotC can
assign justices twice (or just write "Murphy or HP2" in the assignment
line) and Murphy post judgement twice (or just sign one post behalf of
emself as well as on behalf of HP2, and hopefully use restraint and not 
set up a paradox :) ).  Issue solved...unless of course the third,
necessarily random Appellate judge is not human.
