I'm a refugee from the (dead, as far as I know, which is why I joined 
Agora) B Nomic.  I don't think any corporation, team, etc. ever tried to 
join, at least recently, but I could be wrong.

While I strongly dislike rule 1-15, re-introducing rule 1-16 was my
