Heh, splitting officer duties through private arrangement is what we were trying to acheive through subcontracting a year or so ago, now here it is, a good idea in through a back door. And (while I'm not so very libertarian) it came off better through deregulation. Whatever folks think about votes for partnerships and definition of "person", and understanding that some sort of legislation will be needed, I hope this stays (and partnerships keep enough meaningful clout and lack of bureaucracy) to make the rewards of this good idea worthwhile. -Goethe
