Gratuitous: According to rule 2429, this is probably irrelevant. (If it
*is* relevant – e.g. if the change in whitespace affected the logical
structure of the text – the proposal was not validly distributed,
although that might not necessarily prevent it being enacted if the
issue took too long to identify.)
