Words related to what phenomenologists mean  by "bracketing" of the
"natural attitude" to achieve the "transcendental attitude":

interiorize vs exteriorize
internalize vs externalize
subjectify vs objectify

In our attempts to find a least-biased approach to scientific induction, we
seek the minimum "prior" that is adequate to the task of science.

If there is a prior more minimal than directed cyclic graphs of NOR gates,
I haven't heard of one, since that is as simple a prior as one can find and
still be capable of UTM emulation.  UTM emulation is, I think it is safe to
say, the minimum folks who care about science are willing to put up with
since without it, one can't make predictions of the outcome of experiments
-- one can't even make predictions of the probabilities thereof.
