The guillotine meant social policy, not literally firing/ridding of others 
didn't it? Hmm, so you have 100 humans and compress their social beliefs and 
find patterns, norms, that can reconstruct productivity and security using few 
social norms, by 'ignoring' some beliefs. However if we can't delete/kill the 
beliefs, we simply fire them from the team...you could ignore them but then 
you're not really chopping off the useless data if they still are in the room 
with you in the way, I mean sure the rest of the team agree and can spot / 
solve diverse Task problems but they are making noise in the room. As for text, 
you can build a model by chopping off data, it recognizes/entails well, because 
training went smooth. If a team in a room has noise they can't train and work 
together entangled like w2v. They may even get wrong answers from the noise.
