quotes always need extra context to make them true,  a sentence by itself is 
always a lie in some way or another.  and they are probably the most surfaceful 
thing when you go put quotes in some other guys mouth,   which all quotes 
probably are.  bullshit if anyone ever said what people said they said.  why 
bother being remembered,  ur only remembered in lies by everyone,  even people 
that arent even incompetent.
