Binons are reused / shared by many target nodes.
Its a compositional hierarchy top down but a lattice or heterarchy from bottom 
up.

But notice the reuse of overlapping source binons. 
Instead of JUMP being an adjacent combination of JU and MP as on

with binons it is an overlapping combination of JUM and UMP. 
And JUM is an overlapping combination of JU and UM.
and JU is an adjacent combination of J and U because they are atomic.
This then allows for all possible combinations to be represented and reused.
