How did you score $5.50 tickets?  I haven’t been to a movie theater in maybe 20 
years, but I remember admission prices going crazy.

 

The little theater in Glen Ellyn has all the first run movies, I should 
probably try it because it’s something like a 5 block walk from my house.  When 
we moved here, they hadn’t divided it into multiple theaters yet.  As a kid I 
remember going to the theater in LaGrange and sitting in the balcony.  I think 
some of the movies we saw there included Bambi and Babes in Toyland, probably 
some other Disney movies.

We so seldom go to the theaters so this is exciting to be able to post one.  
Fackham Hall.   Think Naked Gun meets Downton Abbey.  Well worth the $5.50 we 
paid for admission, But you have to like British humor.  Will be getting the 
dvd when it comes out to see what visual gags I missed.
