I am trying to apply healthy skepticism.
I'm not meaning to strawman you, so correct me if I'm misunderstanding, but what I think you're saying is something like this:
Congressman "X" sits on the board of Charity "Y" and is paid a salary of some kind.
Charity "Y" receives a grant for something.
Congressman "X" ensured Charity "Y" received their government cheese, and then gets compensated.
Maybe it's not a grant specifically, but some sort of donation or payment from USAID to this charity.
My problem is I've been looking for a few hours and haven't seen evidence of this. Can you point me to an example that you found?
I got a list of US representatives, alphabetical by state, and I put the first 100 into the bulk officer search. There are some matching names, but almost none of them show any compensation. When I do find one with a matching name and some compensation shown
I search for that company officer and find out the full names or their pictures don't match up. I have not finished an exhaustive search, but so far, I'm striking out. Some of the entries on the bulk officer search results show a "See USAID grant flow" link
on the right hand side, so I followed some of them.
For the example above, the flow chart doesn't have the "Jewish Community Center of Somerset" on it. It does have some other org with the word "Jewish" in the name and a different EIN. If I search the Charity Graph for Jewish Community Center's EIN then it
generates a flow chart featuring that name and EIN, but it doesn't show any pathway to taxpayer funding. So that one must be some kind of fuzzy matching where the system is conflating one organization with another with some similarity in the name.
For lots of orgs the "USAID grant flow" link does show the correct org, and I see values saying, "taxpayer funding", but nothing says it came from USAID.....and following the arrows doesn't lead me to anything that sounds like a foreign aid organization.
Further, I looked up a list of organizations which do receive funding from USAID and most of them don't show up in a search on the Charity Chart. One that does show up is "Save the Children Federation Inc", but it conspicuously has no monetary pathways to
anything else on the chart.
Again, I haven't exhaustively searched, but it would help if someone points me to what I should be finding. The disclaimers on the "USAID grant flow" page don't inspire confidence. They seem to be admitting that it's not evidence, but that with common sense
I should be able to see a pattern. The thing is, humans are really good at seeing patterns whether or not one is really there. In psychology experiments they show people images with random dots and ask them to find the pattern. There is no pattern, but
after hearing that there is one, most people will find one. Similarly to how a bunch of classical age people decided there was a picture of a bear in the sky:

I'm not saying there's no evidence here, but I don't have enough hours in the day to sit here and continue to not find anything. Can you just tell me what the pattern is that I'm not seeing? I have not seen the sailboat:

Those companies, many of them non profit, then in turn are supported by charities that are funded by USAID.
Crazy money laundering from the treasury, through USAID into the pockets of all congressmen and women….
The gal that created this tool is deaf and non verbal. She has specialized in the analysis of large data sets using AI and has worked
for the larger companies.
She did this kinda as a hobby.
But Rolling Stone has doxed her and made her have to move from Utah to Florida.
