well, i heard a talking head this weekend talking up how so much of the US 
infrastructure has been compromised since "we were all focused on increasing 
speed and not security.".  thoughts / opinions on this?  Anyone seen any 
issues?  is "the ghost in the machine" ?
what, if anything, should we look for?
