I’ve got a law firm for the company, but everything’s expensive. They sent me nice information for free about the required BOI filing, but they wanted $800 per entity to actually file for us. They acquired the 2 person law firm we used for 20 years and first thing they determined they were charging us half the going rate for routine incorporation paperwork.

I think they’re just looking for cushy corp job that pays tons of money. But they own you if you work there, high burnout rate. In general, a lot of the professional class wants to get paid giant sacks of money, but they don’t know almost anything, especially the youngish ones. Like real estate agents who do little work - aside from telling you where to spend your life savings so they can afford the BMW payments they’re behind on. Okay that sucked too, but in different ways altogether. We’re trying to find one that hasn’t slipped the surly bonds of this terrestrial ball. Many of the rest of the local CPA’s are either retiring, not taking clients, or couldn’t run a etch-a-sketch, let alone a calculator. Remember etch-a-sketch? Those were cool.
