I was thinking of Rise, WISPER, Nextlink, Watchcomm, Surf, etc.  The really big 
guys seem to have it done, but their deadline was 6 months ago.  I like how 
T-Mobile did it on their website.

 

FYI, I think your unique ID needs to be in the format 
FXXXXXXXXXXYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY where XXXXXXXXXX is your FRN and YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY is 
exactly 15 characters.

Opinions?  Not about the labels, yeah they’re stupid, I don’t think customers 
care.  But about whether small and medium size ISPs are planning on 
implementing them.
