I thought I was cutting it close to the Oct. 10 deadline, but doing a spot check, it seems that a bunch of WISPs and FISPs a lot bigger than me are really waiting until the last minute.
Or maybe they don't believe it needs to be on their website, or not until you submit your information and start the ordering process. I don't know. Opinions? Not about the labels, yeah they're stupid, I don't think customers care. But about whether small and medium size ISPs are planning on implementing them.
