If it comes in off axis, it will appear on the opposite side of the focal 
point.   You can actually move the feed horn around quite a bit and compensate 
for it by re aiming the reflector.  Minor loss of gain, more loss the more you 
deviate from boresight.  

And the actual boresight focal point is not a point but rather a spongy 
spherical balloon with its center at the focal point.  If you have off 
boresight interference I think you might be able form some kind of shield for 
it.

theres one that allows placement of the remote transmitter and reflection 
points on the ground
