Maybe he's trying to block out a multipath reflected or ducted signal. I think 
this is difficult or impossible because1) the angular difference is too small2)

I know of, but if they are not arriving parallel to the axis, they will not 
pass through the?focal point (which is where the feed is). Remember?tha angle 
of incidence = angle of reflection, so for any given point, if you know the 
angle which it arrived in reference to the point at which it hits the parabola, 
it will reflect at the same angle when it leaves. What is the point of the 
exercise? Parabolic dishes have a pretty specific use, and it isn't in serving
