For what it’s worth, we have an inverter from CE+T which was installed by our
low voltage contractor.
https://www.cet-america.com/en/

It does have network monitoring and management. It works great, but has more
knobs than most of us are ever going to need.

Ours is a 2U unit with 2 inverter modules. You can wire it up as either a 2+0
with two 120V phases on a shared neutral, or as a 1+1 with single 120V circuit.
It’s not for the faint hearted…..you actually have to configure the frequency
and phase of each module. On my first pass I had it wired in 2+0 and hadn’t
set the phases 180 degrees apart like I was supposed to. Each circuit tested
fine individually, but when I plugged equipment into both outlets I fried one
of the inverter modules. Whoops.

I assume you could get a bigger chassis for 3 modules and configure it for 3
phase if you wanted to.

If I was picking out the equipment, I’d probably get something simple and
single phase and then just get two of them if I needed redundancy.

Samlex inverters are very good quality from what I see. I asked and got:

Our PST series is fully isolated from input to output and can work with -48vdc.

Recommendations on producing 120vAC out of -48vDC?

We are in a Frontier CO and having a hard time finding -48vDC powered devices,
so looking to just produce 120 vAC so we can just use standard power supplies
for them. Primarily, we need to power a VDSL modem (so like 5 - 10 watts), but
having a bit more would be nice for convenience. House power isn't always
convenient, so it would be a good place to plug in laptops when in there
working.
