Trying to get a tech support call going with a Chinese company. They use wechat. I tried to install it and it requires another wechat user to scan a QR code on my phone. That ain’t gonna happen. I guess there is a manual way for another wechat user to let me into the club.
Like to have a live translator on the call too. Anyone have any recommendations?
