One of my Physical therapy customers, all their patient documentation is
via fax. The therapist hand writes out the report for the patient, then
it's faxed to corporate where it's automagically sucked into the
customers digital file. So they send 100 faxes/day. You would think
that it should all be just entered right into the customers digital file.
