WISPA shared how to do this in the beginning of the year, around March I think. A handful of WISPs got this 45 MHz. They're talking about it on the mailing lists yesterday and today again.
The WISPA lists are still active. If you haven't seen anything since then I'd also guess your subscriptions were removed. Feel free to sign back up or reach out to the admins.
