We randomly have chucks of our coverage area that momentarily lose power. Usually for just a couple seconds at a time, but enough to make customers equipment reboot. During this last one that rebooted 40 or 50 subs, I had about 15 EPMP SM's across different towers that CNMaestro is reporting as offline. They are not really offline, they just rebooted during the power flash. The only way I've found to get them connected back to CNMaestro is to manually reboot the SM's. It's been 3 days and they're still reporting offline. I was hoping that maybe if I just left them, they'd come back on their own but it doesn't look like it. I really like CNMaestro, but it really annoys me when programs give false data. (cough cough, the EPMP status page that will happily keep updating the uptime when the SM is really unreachable) Has anyone else had problems with CNMaestro?
