Our general liability is Hartford through Risk Strategies. We don't have Workers Comp because our techs are 1099 contractors and all other employees are owner or family. So I wouldn't know about that part.
I guess you trust your agent to not lie to get you insurance, but I can see where that would be a problem if you make a claim or they suddenly decide to cancel you. The audits we get from Hartford seem to only care about annual revenue.
